TriPollar FAQ

Q: What facial conditions does TriPollar treat?

A: TriPollar is cleared by the FDA for treatment of facial wrinkles and rhytides. It can treat sagging skin, loose jowls, jaw line contouring, sagging skin under-chin (“turkey neck”), wrinkles and fine lines, and a general toning and lifting of the face.

Q: What should I do to prepare for a TriPollar cellulite treatment?

A: There are no special preparations or requirements for a TriPollar treatment.

Q: How many TriPollar facial treatments are recommended?

A: 4-6 treatments are the standard procedure for Tripollar. However, additional treatments can be added depending on the condition being treated. Touch-up treatments are recommended every 3-6 months to preserve and improve the original treatment results.

Q: Can I have multiple TriPollar treatments in the same week?

A: Collagen production and fat metabolism processes take time. It is recommended that your TriPollar treatments be scheduled over several weeks with at least one week between each session.

Q: How long will my results last?

A: Your results should last for several months. However, because the body continues to age and the aging process cannot be stopped, it is recommended to undergo preventative treatments every few months in order to maintain your results.

Q: How soon after pregnancy can a TriPollar facial treatment be performed?

A: A TriPollar treatment can be performed 1-3 months after pregnancy (as long as you are not breast feeding and depending on your general physical health.)

Q: Does TriPollar work on dark skin?
A: Tripollar works on all skin types and colors.

Q: What does a TriPollar treatment feel like?

A: A TriPollar treatment feels like a warm massage. Some clients even fall asleep! It is completely pain-free and enjoyable.

Q: Are there any reasons I shouldn’t get TriPollar?

A: If you are healthy, then TriPollar is likely right for you! If, however, you have a pacemaker, metal implants in the area that you want TriPollar, or are pregnant, you should wait to have TriPollar or choose another type of treatment.

Q: How long do I have to wait before returning to work?
A: You can return to all of your day-to-day activities right after your TriPollar treatment! There is no downtime or pain to recover from.
